Went into the ER. on March 15 had a ultra sound done and was told that I have a Hyrocele on my left side. Its been bothering me something awfull the last couple weeks and today .. My DR. did something that I'd have never figured that I'd have to have done. Yeap he drained it with a needle ??? boy let me tell you of the instant relief. Yeah so hydro problems even happen to us.. LOL

I had the surgery, first Dr screwed it up. He Tried the needle to relieve it but it didn't work. Second Dr had me on the table for over 1-1/2 hours and now its fine. Good luck and check his feedback if you have any more issues

Been there, done that. When first discovered, doc needled it, drained 250cc, 2nd time 360+cc, did it myself 3rd time. Surprised by how far a 2" needle will go and not feel a thing...Until it's out the other side and, yepper, right through the "sweet spot", nuff stated about that. Now it's lived with!  :biting_nails:

I had my right pointer finger swell up once.  Doctor had no idea what it caused it(probably just an infection).  But I was probably 12 to 13 years old, and I woke up and my finger was nearly twice it's normal size.  Didn't really hurt, it never woke me up, but it was swelled bad and was all red.  My mom takes me to the Doctor, and he pokes and prods and squeezes it.  He is baffled, so he says we will just lance it.  He heats up a needle and pokes a hole in it and squeezes all the fluid out.

Still to date, the most painful experience ever!
