Sears Cultivator?

I picked up a great SS16 the other week and with it I got a cultivator. I do not beleive it is a Sears, but it is rather cool. Simple loosening of the pins you can narrow up the row width. Anyone seen one like this before, can you help identify it?

The pic doesn't quite let me see it, but the frame looks like the bigger simplicity walk behind I have.
The "tongue" tools like a ?springfield? Slot hitch.
