We just got done with 8" of snow over the last 3 days and now we are supposed to get another 6 - 9 +" in the next 36 hours. I've seen it snow here in Michigan in April but nothing like this. I think mother nature has to prove she is in charge and not the weather forecasters. I've been working on the boat getting it ready for spring fishing and I can't even bring it out yet to get it cleaned up. It ois in the big garage but it is surrounded by GTs and other tractors. I need to get the radio installed so the wife and I can listen to the ball game on Saturday and Sunday afternoons and at night during the week. Tired of having to plow this white stuff. Seat time is good but until I get the PVC cab built this summer for the Jacobsen I will have to suffer through it. Oh well it's time to get ready for it. We are not going to stop it. Enjoy your day and if you get snow, enjoy the fact that you can still do it and please be safe.          Roger

Awe MAN.Someone needs to shoot that darn Punxsutawney Phil and have him for lunch.

LOL True story here.

On February 11, 2015, the Merrimack Police Department in New Hampshire issued an arrest warrant for Punxsutawney Phil for having failed to disclose the extreme amounts of snow that would ensue after Groundhog Day.

Another inch of snow here this morning on top of the 4" we had yesterday.... nothing like what you're getting, but still a little depressing. And it's still -2 out there.

The wind is blowing terribly here. There is no way snow could make it to the ground. Suppose to blow like this for 2 more days. Started putting new siding on yesterday and that has come to a halt.

Thanks. That is what we fish for mainly. Perch and bass also. Nothing better than pan fried fish ! Especially fresh fish. This year I want to catch enough to have some in the freezer for the winter. I'll see what I can do. May be able to ship some, if my son doesn't eat it all.                                                          Roger

It sux to say that I had an inch of the white wet crap on my yard this morning, however, it was +12C here this afternoon under a nice sun. the breeze was brisk and chilly, but I was in a truck working on wiring. I ain't complaining.

It's worrysome to see how the weather patterns have changed over the years. I'm not a global warming freak, although I do worry about the environment.

I also understand that the Earth goes through these cycles and we are just about halfway to our next Ice Age.

All I can say is that spring is almost a month early here, it's drier than a popcorn fart, and unless we get some water, it's not going to be nice year.

14 years ago we had snow on the ground the first Sat of April. Three days later it was in the 90's. The second Sat we went water skiing. Weather patterns always vary.

It's been snowing since 5am today and we already have about 4" and they say another 6 on the way (depending on which local TV or weather service you listen to) never the less, It's snowing like heck out there and will be rearend deep to a tall deer ( had to clean that up a bit) and still no end in sight yet. have to go and feed BIL"s dogs in a while. It is what it is and it will be over when Ma Nature says it is. Have a great day.                                                                              Roger
