Hinge Pins

The hinge pins on my JD 140 were pretty much wore out.

So I decide to make new pins and also new top hat bushings for it.

After cutting off the old pins and welding on the new ones.

I ran a half inch bit thru the hinge pin holes

and fitted the new bushings.

Once the hood is repaired and Painted it should be a nice snug fit again. :thumbs:

Wow good job.Alot of people overlook the hood hinges.I hate a rattling hood on a GT it drives me nuttier than I already am. :rolling:
