just got this Ariens  gt17 and a lister AC2 Diesel engine 

ive managed to get it running engine and tranny seem ok  but needs to be rewired ,The mowing deck is missing the bevel gear for the 90 degree box 20160331_191756.jpg 20160331_191426.jpg 20160331_192344.jpg 20160331_191724.jpg 20160331_192629.jpg

Now I need to refresh my geography, UK is England? This is the first I have heard of one across the pond. Looks to be in fairly good shape. Did I see a vac beside the mower deck?

its not that big realy its on a subframe i dont think its done many hours the PO said it was ex military generator but they couldnt get the genny to make electric

Yes came with a PTO vacuum and a bagger

the only bit im missing is the bevel gear that fits on the PTO shaft

the horizontal shaft that goes to the pto has a small bevel on it i need this 

 

i think the blade spindle bevel is ok
