A panic stop left a flat spot on Jethro's tar so he ciphered a spacer to make the tar roll smoothly 'gain.

I always wondered why my mom told me "Always wear clean underwear!" I guess it was so I could patch a hole in my tire.  But now I wonder what happens if my underwear have holes in them too!

Now we see funny mistakes here often.  BUT, I'm not really even getting what this IS or what could be a joke?  Undies duct-taped to tire. ???  What's the orig point?  What's the joke??  I'm really NOT getting this one.  Don't know if "Used" with deposit either, that the issue?  A few turns and that thing will fly off anyway and be gone, so don't get the joke!  Maybe I need my Coffee this morning to wake my brain up??

I agree - maybe we should have some ground rules for these pics.  May I suggest that postings somehow fall into the improvising a solution - it must serve some purpose (the crazier the better - although I do plan to use the rolling fire pit idea from a couple months ago).
