I feel off the wagon after about a month. It wasnt because I wanted to keep smoking, it was because I wanted to keep my family and friends. I was chewing out my parents, wife, and coworkers. It was so bad one day with my co worker I actually wanted him to stop that damn annoying thing he was doing, you know, Breathing! I havent actually given up on quitting, I am exploring my options on which meds will fit me the best. I will be giving it another go soon.

Best of luck to you Daniel, be aware that you will become a different person once you start stopping.

Oh, I know that well, as in the past I've gotten into like 3 day stints of no smoking. My wife is even more aware of the phenomenon!

Dan - I used to smoke one or two cigars a day. When it became easy to lower my my dental bill and cholesterol by quiting it became real easy to stop smoking. And darn I miss aroma of cigars , reminds me of dad and his 4 brothers.
