   I dont know about the 195 but I do like my 155, I think the 195's were made before mine.  they would be hydraulic drive and most likely a 10hp kohler which is a bonus.  If I had the choice I would rather have that 195 than my 155 but that is only a personal choice.  that particular one looks to be in nice cond with the hood ornament. tinwork looks straight, overall I like it.  That's my tow cents for whatever its worth.

Good: Motor, Frame, implements etc. Bad: The axles. They strip I believe....

I've also a 155 it has become my main work rig I never owned a 195 but I like them also.  Mine is full hydraulic like Pete's and is nice to operate.

If you are talking about the one in the picture, it looks like a 1966 Case 190 to me, not a Case 195.

As far as I know, it's a 67 or 68 195, but I have never seen it in person. What is the difference between a 190 or a 195.

Hydraulic drive and big rear wheels are the positives.
Short frame and free wheeling down hill are negatives.
Hand speed control and difficulty finding attachments are also concerns.

Case 190 Differences Vs Case 195 Differences

 

Both Case nameplates are located on the dash below the steering wheel

 

About 2/3rds less Case 1966 190's made Vs 1967/1968's Case 195's made

 

Case 190 has ag tires Vs Case 195 turf tires

Case 190 has 4.00/4.80 x 8 ft tires/wheels Vs Case 195 16 x 6.50 x 8 ft tires/wheels

Case 190 has screen/mesh grille Vs Case 195 steel bar type grille

Case 190 has For/Rev lever clamped on steering column Vs Case 195 For/Rev lever built in dash

Case 190 has For/Rev ball knob Vs Case 195 For/Rev tapered knob

Case 190 has Ross steering gear Vs Case 195 steering quadrant/steering gear shaft

Case 190 has no steering wheel grips Vs Case 195 steering wheel has grips

Case 190 has hydraulic brake Vs Case 195 has disc brakes

Case 190 has throttle/choke controls bent out at 45 degrees Vs Case 195's come out straight

Case 190 uses a starter solinoid Vs Case 195 uses a starter pushbutton

Case 190 uses a 3-position ignition switch Vs a Case 195 uses a 2-position ignition switch
