Hi All,
I picked up this Sears Dump rake this evening. It is in great shape and was owned by the sellers grand father. It has the original manual as well. All I need now is a Sears tractor to put it on. Just my luck.
Hers the pictures.

Take care,
Mike

Very nice. There are plenty of the Sears/Ropers around. Good Luck, Rick

Cool rake, doesn't look like it's seen much use. It would look great on my 69 Suburban 12 lol

What does a dump rake do? I am looking for something to rake rocks with, that looks a little on the light duty side of what I need.

Awesome condition unit.
I have one on my 725 and it's a hoot to take to shows. http://gardentractor...-1432609972.jpg

Larry, a dump rake is designed to make windrows of hay.
wouldn't handle the rocks well

Yup, that dump rake looks just like the one I drove 4 hours each way to buy, and 3 more hours each way to deliver to a guy an hour north of you lmao. :poke:

I've been looking all over locally for one of those. Thinking it would be the ticket for piddly branches etc. after clearing the trees from 2 acre pasture. Hand raking is getting tedious.

Nice !  There was one on the local CL a few years back but sold quick , I wanted one to use for the sorghum grass ,    ended up buying a 10' dump rake to cut apart to make my own , but after seeing how nice it was I painted it and now it just sits in the back yard ,,,,  :(    no wonder why my wife just shakes her head at me

Nice score on the dump rake, I've been watching for one for a long time but there just doesn't seem to be any here in MN.  So I a;so made one out of an old bent up rake turned out good very handy for picking up branches etc, would still buy a Sears it one came up.

You might need one similar to what I built!
