Woke up to the big gate being open. Nothing is missing I think the goat scared them off.

Picked this deere up in a ran down trailer park. This guy had junk piled up everywhere we was lucky to get out of there with no snake bites.

97cc 2.8hp?  Those things are always so finicky.  I don't think they even test run engines before they ship them out.  I've seen many of those bikes come right from the store and not run.  Although a 99 dollar harbor freight 6.5 predator, and a 25 dollar 3/4" clutch and they will rip around like crazy!

Mini bikes are my other hobby! :oh_shucks:

How to I clean the carb without ruining all the plastic pieces . I used a torch tip cleaner but it seem to be running lean even with the new gaskets.

That would be my solution! Those engines are garbage. If either replace it with a nice Briggs or Tecumseh 3.5 unless you are fixing it for a customer then id try that 10 dollar carb replacement..

I have never had any luck fixing those engines. I have found other uses such as a boat anchor...

Finally got the budget ok but the overhead is higher now some of the prices went up since last month. I got another atv finished and got the 16/6 twin carb soaking again going to try to see if that helps. Also been talking to someone about a wheelhorse c-85. I got to soak my hand I burnt it on the onan muffler adjusting the carb and now it looks infected.

My load of ATV tires. All in good shape and some are even new I figured I can keep the ones I need and sell the rest.

No repairs today waiting for parts to come in. I guess I should take this extra time and clean the shop.
