I wouldn't want to have to remove that mess, and it looks like silver spray foam. Keep it under 5 mph and you'll be fine.

That has to be a joke. There's no way someone actually welded that and left it go on purpose. If you had that done for you,I have one question... Do you have any enemies?

What ? I don't see a problem.  you ad enough weld on there and all will be ok, besides you can clean anything with a grinder obviously he just hasn't had the time to clean it yet.

The one if you went to call it a "weld" is not doing anything it did not penetrate the metal .

It reminds me of the "guys" that watch it on t.v. and go out in the shop and say "hell I can do that " and here's your sing.

Patrick.

That has to be a joke. Someone would have to try to do welds that bad. I am no where near a great welder and I never had welds look that poor!

I welded better than that when I forgot the gas on a wire welder! And I was told it looked like pigeon crap on a statue...

It looks like it was welded with a 4th of July 'sparkler' . But mostly just one of those cheapest you can buy - no power- 110v units .

I wouldn't trust that to stabilize my toilet bowl to the wall !
