Other than the 9 hours thing which I would say is probably a replaced guage, what is so important to watch about this tractor ? is this a rare wheel horse ? there is a guy in this area always posting a wanted ad for a wheel horse like that.

9hrs sounds BS.  That seat is too far forward and not a Horse one, one of biggest issues is the tight space there with Proper seat!  Obviously been painted. I have owned a D series and wasn't really impressed with mine. They don't seem to bring the money they once did. AND, nothing to go with it!  Price good NOW! :smilewink:

There us so much fine print to read you better pack a lunch if you go there. Other than that I thought the current price was decent. $255.00. Going up fast, was $190 when I posted this.

Over the years, when I was on the road, I had stopped there many times & looked at numerous machines, especially when I was in the market for a CUT.  Most of the stuff was worn out.  Seems he had not been selling much on ebay for a few years & having large on site sales, mostly large equipment.  I never actually bought anything from them.

This dealer, MGD, and several others frequent the local consignment sales up here in NY, as well as some of the farm sales as well- both as buyers and sellers.  There are usually 5or6 of them at the sales in Vernon, NY(Empire Livestock) and New Berlin(Hosking Sales) in April, kinda hurts it for the rest of us.

Wow, There is so much wrong with that WH. No spark, mismatched front tires, front wheels not pointing in the same direction, front PTO not working, wrong seat, Rear tires questionable as being correct size, wrong top link, bad paint job, mufflers with plumbing elbows, and the biggest question is whether the hydro and transaxle are any good. Those D series with turning brakes seem to eat up the pinion gears which makes the hydro self destruct.   If I were thinking of buying it, I would consider it a parts tractor until proven different.

All ways liked the look of those tractors, but the problems don't really sound worth it
