Thought you folks might get a laugh out of this. Sometime last year a couple of sellers listed their average condition Suburbans for $1200. Now everyone is pricing theirs high in the STL area but they aren't selling. The cheapest one is $600 (and it looks nice, worth the money, IMO)

GT18 for $1200

14-6 with a blade for $1200  ( could have a new $250 LMH carb on it though)

10XL for a grand.

Suburban 12 package $1200.

Nice looking SS Twin: $600 (not bad?)

It is that time of year again, you know how spring cleaning leaves the wife looking to your shed for things to "clean out"! You don't really want it gone so list it high to make her think it's leaving but all along hoping no one answers the ad. Maybe it's just me but come to think of it no it isn't cause the world is still turning and people still are getting hitched kinda so has to be still going on!

Great job on the restore and has a great tiller. To steep for me though....I'll just have to keep tinkering with junk.

Man, that's crazy and there is no way a custom is ever worth those prices.

The only one is a half way decent ball park is the last one SS16.

I would almost pay 450.00 for that, only because I am a sucker for a 68 but all it does is tractor , does not mow, plow, or blow so its just a little off what most tractor guys are willing to pay, and since it does not have any attachments not many common home users types would be interested. You have to like a certain type of tractor to go find attachments for it. Pop a working deck under it and its 450.00 all day. Sometimes I think these old tractors are under appreciated but yet I don't want to pay to much one either because at the end of the day no one wants to give me what I got in to this old tractor. To bad your so far, I saw your 68 in another post and I would bite on it for sure.

Yes , the fact that it doesn't have anything to do with no attachments does detract from it.  I really like this machine !! It is a beast ! I sorta want to keep it and am looking for some attachments but don't want to get much more invested in it .

It is really a good solid tractor . Turn the key and off you go . I just need the space in the garage for my 'next' tractor. :D
