Looks to me like that Chevy is in much better shape than the Ford, Kris.
But my Gt's are in the dry, not out in the weather all the time.

P.S. While I agree with Aaron that the tow vehicle is too light, the concept is sound for a cheap enclosed trailer.

Wayyy too much in front of the axle. IMO, frame/hitch failure in the making. Not to mention a possible problem with backing it.
