Time does fly.

I've been here 2 and half years roughly.  Love this place!

It was 2 and half years ago, I stopped here to ask a question about a hydro pump on an ariens GT18.  I never left.  I usually don't frequent many message forums, but this one hooked me.  Mainly the wonderful people here.

After finding this sight, all I've been doing is working on garden tractors, HA!I don't have time to frequent other sights, and it's easy to get my fill with the good people here. I wore out my compressor sand blasting parts, so I just installed a new cylinder and piston seal. Luckily the other cylinder was fine, since I only ordered one kit and realized it was a twin cylinder after I removed the cowling. It only took 20 minutes to install the kit and now the pressure builds real fast. Got back to sand blasting parts for the '56 Economy tractor that I bought shortly after I joined here. I was just going to clean it up, toss an engine in it, then put it to use. We'll that didn't happen. Turned into a full blown restoration and I found a lot of worn and broken parts. Time sure does fly, but I'm back to the project!

Been here a tad more than 6 years and 1 month now, and never regretted joining!  In fact, I never go to other GT sites or most any other sites unless something from here links to it.  I've not posted to another tractor site in years now......and no need to.  Everything I need is right here, including a TON of great friends!

I have only been here for a year or so , OR WOW ! it has been over a year already . I still frequent other forums on other interests , but this forum was so inviting at first and helpful and encouraging that I come here a lot now .

I like to see what other people are doing and I like to learn about other brands of machines too.

I am glad I found this place !

My Olde Deere became a member just over three years ago and seemed to bond instantly with the guys here, learned lots and felt inspired by the friendly help and attitude. There aren't many places in this world where a person can go for help and have it freely given, no strings attached. Thanks guys.
