A freind of ours acquired this little National Tractor Reel Mower.  He plans on using it as a butt buggy for the local shows and swap meets.  He had started to put a hood on it and was unable to finish the job.

He has been under the weather lately and is scheduled to have his gall bladder removed.

Brother (Trail95) and I took the little guy to his shop and fitted up an old Wheel Horse hood that I had laying around.  Took the tractor back and watched him smile.

I need to talk him out of it for my grandson.       Rick

Mount a small tractor umbrella over it and have the whole thing protected.  May have a problem getting it back once you get off though.

You could have a white padded seat done. That would solve a couple issues.

Great little tractor for a kid to learn to drive on...I learned to drive on a National when I was 10.

I have had a few here in the last few years, one which was just for running around like that one.....
