I'm working on an LT 4000 the right front wheel (sleeve) bearing is shot.  I was wondering if anyone has replaced this before and if so what is the easiest way to get that bearing out of there.  There appears to be noting to latch on to.  Thanks

Good question. I have an adapter on one of my slide hammers that slides into the bearing and then expandes to grab it. It can then pull the bearing out. If it isn't blind, a bolt with a head just smaller than the od of the bearing can run through. Use a deep socket over the other end with the bolt through the 1/2 inch drive hole. Put a nut and washer on the bolt and thighten. Lot of shade tree mechanic tricks out there. Good Luck, Rick

Thanks Rick, Unfortunately there is nothing on the inside to grab on to.  I have a blind bearing puller but bearing mates right up to the bore on the wheel.  I'll work on it this next week and see what I can figure out.
