There is quite a bit of mower deck underneath that thar tractor. I suppose though, had to cover outside of the wheel weights.

I seen that the weights were green and John Deere popped to mine

Must be new and improved JD weights

Dunno...I guess that they could be prototypes. :D :D :D

 

We all know that Bolens wasn't all that worried abut what happened with their prototypes after they were finished with them

That's in the years when they used a foil sticker for the model #. We may never know.
