I can ship. Parked years ago because the flywheel chunked the crankshaft. It's a project that needs alot of work. I can pallet it and take to Fastenal

It says green and yellow paint. But white paint is everywhere. I took compressed air and all the green paint flaked off. Is this a Patio?

1969 will all say green and yellow colors since they didn't have special type codes for the patio models that year. It is a patio
