Painted and started putting it together. Painted the forks tonight.fabticated a fuel tank that will fit in front of you and act as a fender too.

I don't know if those are the same clutches...but. A company calling themselves downs brothers racing was testing and designing those on a minibikes forum I'm on. They sold clutches to people and they were junk. The clutch material was weak and would slip. Bearings would fail. There were a few problems with them. Then the disappeared and stuck people with 200 dollar paper weights.

Any kind of horsepower above a stock 6.5hp clone would fear then apart.

Those may be different ones but look exactly like their junk did. I wouldn't give them guys a penny.

If I remember right they were using some organic material. Then they were supposed to do a Kevlar material but at that point the website was taken down and they stopped returning emails and shut down their phone.

It was a really neat idea but more of a novelty than a need. Real race clutches are great. I prefer comet tavs in most of my builds. But they won't take rpm like a good race clutch.

OK I made up gas tank after being sick with the flu all week. It holds almost a gallon. Water tested for leaks cleaned and installed.should have it going this weekend.
