Don't let it get you too far down Daniel, there are better days ahead.

I'm trying Maynard, but the water is rising, hard to keep my head above water, literally & methaphorically.

Somehow I missed this. Sorry to hear of all your troubles and I hope things turn arround for you and your family. I spent Saturday with my own father in hospital after he had a shoulder replacement on Friday. He came through just fine (these old guys are tough!) and went home on Sunday. I'll keep you and your family in my prayers

The rain has quit! Called Dad & he's feeling a lot better today. He's ready for surgery he said. Be at hospital at 8am tomorrow, with surgery around 9am or so. He will be kept overnight to see that everything is fine before he comes home. Maybe the rain & health problems have begun to leave.

Good news, & I hope that's your silver lining. With any luck, you'll be getting sun & breeze & in the fields before you know it.

Good luck to Dad, hope the surgery goes well! Tell him to hurry up & get better, the stalls need cleaning :D Just kidding.

Just got back & Dad didn't have to stay overnight following the surgery. It was bladder cancer, but confined to an area. They used laser this spot, and he'll be on a pill to drastically slow any future growth. So even with cancer, it's good news. Doc talked like something else would take him before bladder cancer would/could.
Dad sure was hungry & downed a fish sandwich in a heartbeat! But doc said 6 weeks no real work, so hoping to squeeze at least 3 weeks out of Dad to take it easy. LOL
I seriously thank you guys for your support. I feel a ton lighter right now!

Daniel, Thats GREAT News!!!!!

My FIL had Bladder Cancer, The Doc's gave him TB, they implanted TB cells in his bladder.Tuberculous only attached itself to the cancer cells. Then they were able to treat him for TB, by killing the TB, they only killed the cancer cells. I don't know who came up with that, but someone was realy thinking out of the box.

We will continue to hold your family up in PRAYER...
