Very interesting!

I would think that they are pretty rare.

4 models of GE electric tractors from the mid 1960s, These are battery operated tractors with 6 six volt batteries. Some have been restored, some in the work uniforms. Also have a fork lift that mounts on the two biggest tractors that is very rare. I have mower decks and some snow plows plus other misc equipment available. Would like to sell the whole collection but will part out if needed.
Tractors are between 2500. and 1000. Loader at 1500.00. Buy the package at $7000.00 or best offer Can deliver. 616 eight four two 1280
thanks for looking

I agree, that is a pretty penny! I do see them a couple times a year for sale but what a collection. I love the front mount deck and fork lift that is a seldom seen item. It would be a nice collection for the right person.

My friend scrapped one of those electric WH 2 weeks before I knew he did it :wallbanging:  :wallbanging: :wallbanging:

he said no one wanted it and he got like $350 for the batteries.....wished I would have known so I could have saved it.

I have an E-14 and have close to 2000 invested in restoring it, Batteries being about the costliest thing. I think I know where that collection came from and if it is the one I think it is the guy got a gigantic bargain when he bought them. I could be wrong.

I agree.  If it's the collection that sold a few years ago, he did get a good deal on it.  I talked to the guy selling at the time.  There was a bunch of spare parts included as well.

WHHAAATT. nooo. :mad2:  :wallbanging:  :(

Yep, I saw it at a tractor show in Sept, it was for sale more than I could afford at the time. Fast forward to the next summer, I just happened to be in the area our family friends lived ( actually my parents' long time friends) and saw the husband outside so I stopped. He has an old restored Cub so we started talking tractors. He then mentioned the WH electric, I mentioned I saw it for sale last Sept and he then told me he has scrapped just 2 weeks early cause no one wanted it. :wallbanging:  :wallbanging:  :boo_hoo:
