This system is used in vineyards since many years. Here we call it Binger Seilzug. But the guys idea is excellent  ildeere.gif

I would of killed for this when I was a kid cutting the hill in front of my grandmothers house.  It was steeper than that,  It was all you could do to mow it.  I remember sliding down that hill right after the push power hoping like heck you didn't catch it!

My dad bought me a pair of golf shoes.  Those helped a lot.

I made a winch out an old rear engine rider.  I use it to pull small to medium logs up a hill out back.  I made up a log hauler, the ones with two wheels that lift up the front of the logs. I pull the logs up with it.  Works great but not near as fast as the mower in the video.  I give that guy a big A+.  As far as OSHA goes, well  :shoot2:  :mad2:
