Most civilized tire discussion I've ever seen.

Should we try our hand at oil?  Or perhaps blonde/brunette/redhead?

I prefer brunettes

Here are the tires I now have they have a low hum which I love an they have a good bite. Never been on a real long drive with them so I guess I'll see how much I like them after driving to the roots show with the trailer in tow.

I've had terrible luck with Cooper Discovers on 3 vehicles. They all went down the road like a 3 legged dog and wore funny. This after alignments and a re-balance. Was told there was nothing wrong with the tires but it seems kind of odd this started after installing these tires on 3 vehicles. Yah I know I should have learned the first time. :(

On the other hand I have had real good luck with Hankook and just bit the bullet and purchased a set of Michelin LTX's. The LTX's are impressive. They ride so much smoother and quieter than the Goodyears they replaced that I can hardly believe it. It truly is like driving a different vehicle. In all fairness though I have only put a few miles on them so it's early to form any opinions. I am liking them so far though
