I've had terrible luck with Cooper Discovers on 3 vehicles. They all went down the road like a 3 legged dog and wore funny. This after alignments and a re-balance. Was told there was nothing wrong with the tires but it seems kind of odd this started after installing these tires on 3 vehicles. Yah I know I should have learned the first time.
On the other hand I have had real good luck with Hankook and just bit the bullet and purchased a set of Michelin LTX's. The LTX's are impressive. They ride so much smoother and quieter than the Goodyears they replaced that I can hardly believe it. It truly is like driving a different vehicle. In all fairness though I have only put a few miles on them so it's early to form any opinions. I am liking them so far though
