I saw their add in Farm Collector mag. and like the idea, think it would make greasing my stuff as well as the farm equipment a lot easier, what are your thoughts.

Any one try LocknLube grease gun couplers?

Nice idea ! Geared more for equipment then the guy ( or gal ) in a service station doing mostly cars & light trucks , the ones with grease fittings anyway lol . Not sure if it would fit into some of the recessed grease fittings on the backhoes here at work .

I have found a lot of time when the coupler leaks grease or won't stay on it is because the coupler has come loose, or unscrewed. I tighten it back up and it works again. Most of the time I use an air grease gun with steel tube from gun to zerk, but there are a couple zerks that this set up will not work. If this item work out I would buy one though and go back to more portability and a hand gun with rubber hose. Please keep us posted.

That looks like a good setup. Would be great around our farm equipment.
Let us know how you like it.

I'm thinking about getting one, some of the fittings on some of the equipment are in an odd spot.

Just found one local for $20 bucks. Think I will try it.
Reviews say it is a bit bigger than a normal end and does not fit in all places
I think a stub hose with a regular end and a grease fitting on the other end will solve that issue.
Let you now when we get it.

I've always had two 18" hoses joined w/ a 1/8" coupling on the gun. That way if I'm on the floor I can lay the gun down to pump it of if standing I can either hold the gun on my hip or on some surface near the zerk to pump it. That way I always have a free hand to hold the coupler aligned w/ the zerk. Did it that way for a lot of years on the gravel refineries.

Nothing like plenty of hose on a grease gun. Sure can make the job easier.

Well, I went and ordered one off the website (only local place that has them is a dealer I don't deal with much), gonna put this one on one of the guns we use on the equipment, if I like it I'll probably get on for the gun for the truck and trailer.

I like it but will continue to curse about holding fitting tight on zerk to grease my truck!

Got it installed on a grease gun today and greased the front spindles on my Case210 just to try it out, I love it, it is a little bit bigger but for 99.9% of my stuff it will work great, I have a mini pistol-grip grease gun with a standard coupler for those fittings.
