I am really excited. :bounce:

Because the Bean Cutler has a tag on it for a dealer that sold "Powered Mowing Equipment", I want to restore it as a mowing tractor.
Last fall I was able to get a nice 3-gang reel mower set to pull behind it.

The drive wheels on this are 18" diameter and the only new traction tires available have the tractor lug style.
I've been looking all winter for a set of tires that would have more of a lawn type tread.
I was able to buy a nice pair of used 4.50x18 tires and they arrived today.
Here they are waiting to go out to the garage.

Thanks guys.
I've been searching all over the internet, thru auto and tractor magazines and newspaper adds.
This set showed up on ebay two weeks ago.

Nice looking tires, both of you!  Can't wait to see them mounted on your bean cutlers...  I'm assuming of course that there will be... :camera:
