Hi all, well my friend fabricated a nice 54" blade  that is 1/4" thick X 7" with a nice curve, I welded a 2" X 7/16" cutting edge to the blade to give a total height of 9" this is a nice heavy blade, fabricated a mount and a angling bracket, got lucky and got a nice 6" stroke hydraulic cylinder so I am using that it gives a bit more angling travel. Got all the parts done so it is in the paint room and that should be cured by monday then it will be to install it and maybe give it a test.

That is neat. I want to build one for my tractor some time. It should be great for keeping a stone driveway nice.

Hi, well today was final assembly and installation day :dancingbanana:  got it out of the paint room assembled it and got it on the tractor looks good to me it raises and lowers and angles, much to cold out today so will wait till later this week to give it a test try. For those that were wondering there is limited adjustment for vertical tilt via the top three bolts in the mount bracket can be seen in picture #2.

Hi, had the PK out to test the grader blade yesterday to see how it works, did ok but needed so adjusting so I did that today and this afternoon gave it another test run it working good now I like it, of course this afternoon a cold front came in and the temps dropped like a rock and it was misting so it wasn't real enjoyable out thus was only out for a short bit, but all in all its a keeper.
