That sure was good that you found it and had spare parts . Any idea of why it cracked where it did ?

Congrats on the repair Alan! Glad you got it fixed up! Looks like you still had time to sleep a little before work too! BTW, when Casey's done with the phone booth, I want a turn too!

I stared at it for quite a while trying to figure what could of happened. The way it broke, looks like it was dropped on that wheel. For all I know, it happened at the dealer.

OK, you two! LOL
He's worked so hard on this, I just wanted him to be rewarded. Thank God we caught it.

Alan,
Is that the same transaxle thats in that J.D.110 that George picked up for me? If it is , get whatever you need off it to keep your son's tractor alive. I don't need the transaxle, I just bought the tractor for the hood and seat, and maybe the back tires and wheels.

What hood and seat? There wasn't a hood or seat on the one I picked up.... well there was but uh..... uh..... remember you mentioned about not loading it backwards? Well I kind of forgot and well uh ... uh.... the wind caught the hood and kind of took it off , er a ripped it off.

You know how sometimes lack of sleep will make your eyes mist up? That must've been it. Either that, or Ryan's reaction...

Brian, the following message is from Ryan:

Dear Brian,

Thanks very much. It will save us a lot of work later when we restore the 10.
Thanks also for calling me hard working! After we get past Plow Day, I have an idea for a small solar powered steam generator I'd like to work on. I want to use magnifying lenses from an Old Big Screen TV and stack them to hopefully make them powerful enough to create steam. One thing at a time Dad says.
Well thanks again Brian,
-Ry@n.
