Do any of you have unusual ideas for great Valentine gifts for Wives/GF that don't cost a lot?

Give her a day off, do her work for her, get her a card and some flowers. You'll be king for a day!

No tractors, huh?  Hmmm.  Well, does she have an attachment that she is particularly fond of?

That may backfire on him.  ...If he can do her work one day, he should be able to do her work more often, according to her !

I've been married 39-1/2 years.  .....I know how to fix the washer & dryer, but I don't know how to use them.  :smilewink:   .....I can fix the vacuum, but I have never figured out how to vacuum carpets.  :smilewink:   .....I can repair the range & oven, but I don't know what they are for.  :smilewink:

However, when my wife is not around, I can launder my clothes, keep things clean, and cook my meals. ....I guess I become smarter when she's not here ??

I usually stop after work, get flowers, a nice bottle of wine, cook dinner, do the dishes and clean the house for my wife.

But she lets me take Valentine's Day off, so I really can't help you, Rich. Sorry.

I would surprise her with tickets to a show but it's probably a little late to get seats now.  I did that one year.  I bought a package of three different musicals down in Pittsburgh.  Kept her happy all summer long.  Women love live theater.

Pick up a package of those cards the kids give out in grade school and write a little note on each one and place them all over so she finds them through out the day. Mine loved it!

I never have any idea what to do besides a card.

I was in the store today and noticed bird suet.  She hasn't had anything outside her window for them this winter so I suspect she's out.

She's getting birds at the window for Valentines.

The 15th is our Anniversary.  I need to come up with another idea.  Maybe deer corn..........

If you're wife works, have flowers or ? Delivered to her work. Makes the other women crazy. Give her a card that says, good for one and a blank space. Puts the ball in her court. Dinner and a movie or theater, always good. Gift her a card or flowers when it isn't a special day. Shows you appreciate her. Just some old school ideas.
