Could use a little help with setting up the engine mounting platform for my T75. I had taken it apart during the summer and am finally getting round to finishing it up. The engine is out being Refreshed, and I forget how the rubber isolators go. The originals were very loose and the three of them were all different and used all manners of attachment so I assume they were not correct as I got it. I have it set so the rubber isolators metal part is at the bottom of the cast iron panel........so the panel sets on top of the metal grommet flange. I figure the larger end of the grommet goes toward the bottom, and the domed washers go onto the top of the isolators b4 bolting everything down. Sound right?? I am going to trim the excess bolt length of the 8/32 screws, and replace the original bolts with new grade 5 or 8 (Availability dependent)  as the originals were rusted and broken. There was also a domed metal washer on the mount that goes onto the pipe frame??? maybe it is needed or maybe someone just tossed it in there.  Any help appreciated!!!      Hers a picture of it b4 cleaning up!!

   Sounds like you've about got it right to me. Yes - the fatter side of the rubber shock mount should face DOWN. On those cup washers - you'll notice that three of those have a deeper cup shape than the other three. The deeper ones will go on the bottom side and shallow ones will be on top. So, all mounts should have a washer on both top and bottom - even the one that rests on the tube frame.And you're right about the metal flange being mounted on the bottom side of the engine mounting plate.

Enjoyed all the Panzer pics. A little off topic, but does anyone know the diameter of the rubber reverse drive wheel. I think that's what you call it. I'm going to try and make one, mine is out of round. For above Panzer.

Thanks for the info, I think I have 3 deeper washers and 1 shallower one. I will clean them up in the blast cabinet and take pic's to make sure. If that is what I have..........and I am pretty sure it is,  I will need 2 more of the shallow ones (tops)  anybody know where they can be had???? Thanks !

I am also in need of the rubber material for the friction reverce wheel. I found it on mcmasters, my question is what hardness would I use. there is a " durometer" number rateing that goes from soft to hard. 30A{soft}...Ect,...70A {hard} What should be used?

That's a good question. Now that Dandy Sales has closed shop, I'm not sure where you could get them unless somebody on here pops up and has a bunch of extras taking up space in a coffee can. You could get by with flat fender washers for the time being.

Single stud shock absorber washers are mighty close.
