Glad to have been a very small helping hand of this great project.  The wheels aren't ugly - they are the TTS (temporary transition statement) from what used to be to what it now is! :D

Looking very NICE Rick - congratulations.

HA! small part, DOUBLE HA ! Your beaut of a seat is what inspired him to go the extra mile with the paint, you'd have to see it outside in the sun to see how truly nice it looks.Pics don't do it justice ! I know I was there, I checked in on his progress, bugged him for parts for something I'm sure , and to make up excuses why the tin work was taking so long to repair. I'm excited to see it done and with the reel mower installed. Then of course I'm going to pester him about selling it to me. :)

Fabulous work Rick. A real credit to you and THAT seat is to die for. Be good to see a video of it up and running.

Tires are so so,a few cracks but hold air fine,I really wanted to stay with the original tread pattern,I hear there is someone who is going to reproduce that tread pattern,if so down the road I may purchase them, now one thing I did do and am not sure if I'm going to leave them on is I went to 23x10.50x12,a little wider but same height as the stock 23x8.50x12's,also going to add the Bolens factory wheel weights

Brian the  info I got from you that we were pretty sure a match was the frame color,as far as the hood and rear fenders when we were back and forth about what to use for the white you had mentioned Canvas white,I matched the rear rim color after polishing it up to get a match,I got lucky, my neighbor had this paint in his shop,it was a really close match to the rim color

Oops misread your post, I thought that can above was the brown.  Was the Brown you had mixed in a different brand the same as the martin senior code I gave or did you make adjustments. Just trying to get a definitive code down for my records

Ok,ya I gave my neighbor the code and numbers you gave me for the brown ,the paint store crossed referenced those numbers to the Sherwin Williams paint and that's what they came up with, same paint name as you gave me,1965 AMC Motors color

Just about too nice to run and use. Are you going to wear clean clothes with no exposed fasteners and white gloves when you touch it, Rick? Simply beautiful!
