Glad you made it over here. Very friendly and helpful site. Takes a while to figure out where things are, but you'll get the hang of it.
Down below is the member introduction thread.

the things hangin off the back of the tiller is a ruberbacked carpet squair that has been cut in half to keep from throwing the soil back wards.

Mike, looking good. Hows it going on the tiller? Is the case going to be salvage or can you save it?

there was a bad baring on the shaft that has the tines was bad. when it heated up it would lock up then when it cooled back down it would relese. found a torch and turned her cherry red and got the tines off, took it apart and replaced that baring. noticed i need to replace the chains. i put it all back togather to get me through getting the garden tilled the rest of the way. ill tear her down and get her all fixed up and beautified this fall.

Didn't think you had it back together yet. A suggestion for the chains is spray lube for motorcycle chains. If your case is pretty tight a the bottom, put some 85-140 gear lube in it. Not a whole bottle, just enough for the chain to run thru and carry up to the upper chain. I put some in mine while it was running thru one of the holes for the tine covers. Quieted it down.
