I got a David Bradley in a package deal.  Didn't really want or need it, but it came home anyway.

I'm not real famliar with D.B.'s.   I'm going to put an engine on it and see if it works.

On the inside of the hubs is what looks like a pulley for a flat belt.  What is it for?

Just behind the pulleys is a rod sticking out, what is it for?

Is it normal to have two pulleys on the trans/axle input shaft?

Model number is 917.57560    series211   Is it required to keep some baling wire on the handle bars?  :D         Rick

the tractor has part of the reverser system on it, those are the hubs you would need, and the rod thingy held one of the four reverse blocks that's missing from each side.

And yes baling wire is a require item to all walk-behinds.

Thanks for the info.

So I have part of a reverser system.  I guess that means I'll still have to pull it backwards!!    Rick

Anyone interested in this  machine?

well yes until you spend a couple hundred buying the missing stuff. There are folks around that have them to sell, so just put out some feelers and see who has what you need.

I'm figuring that I'll let this one go.  I've only got about 17 other projects to work on.  Rick
