Found all 3 on Ebay for $121.96. Now if Sears fixes their Log-on I'll have all the parts on order.

Finally have all the parts ordered except the belts. PTO (110884X - 1/2" X 93.5 or 3/4) and Deck (106381X - 1/2" X 92"). I'll get these at T/S later.

Step 1. Scrub everything with Simple Green (Done)

Step 2. Wire Brush the rough spots (Waiting on shade, and will do this step in the evenings)

Step 3. Scrub everything with Simple Green again.

Step 4. Mouse and hand sand everything.

Step 5. Scrub everything with Simple Green again.

Step 6. Paint (Deck Shell = Gloss Black) / (Brackets = Grey) / (Pins, pulleys and hardware = Silver)

man Larry, I go on vacation for 10 days and here you go and get it out and going. Looks nice!

I am curious how those Kendas do, considering fronts for my suburban and maybe rears on our church zero turn.

Got enough in today to make good progress on the deck this weekend, although will need to take breaks for a fishing trip and BBQ.

Still wire-brushing, mostly rust but some compacted mud also. enlisted some help. Deck shield and runner came in today also. I had to get new mandrill hardware also.

Looks like the deck is coming along fine and your helper has chosen a cooler hair style.

Yea, not my doing.... It is starting to fade out and I figure a few more times in the pool should do it.

Did they remember me? They saw me at the tractor show last year.

He acted like he did but he seem to already had a few drinks in him. He is a good guy and we have a awesome spot to pick more.

Man it's HOT, but great painting weather in the evenings. 5 cans (not coats) two underneath and three on top. I guess 4-5 coats on top and 3-4 coats under. Here is my paint jig.

Parts have been wire brushed, Washed, Mouse and hand sanded, Washed again. They are drying, and as soon as they are in the shade I'll start painting them. Most of the rust pocks are under the cover, the exposed metal is mostly smooth. A before and after on one of the blades.

Paint drying, will need to flip these tomorrow when I get back from a fishing trip and paint the other side. I should have the deck finished by the end of next week. (yes I sharpened the blades before painting).
Done for the night, NASCAR is on.
