That should be used to punish ill-behaved children at plow day events. Hitch behind plow, # of rounds towed equal to severity of transgression.

You mean parents are not supposed to turn the kids loose at places like that?  They all seem to do it so thought it the norm any more.

I wonder if it started out life as a snowmobile tow behind. We had one back in the 70s that held 3 kids no problem and the whole family could come along with the parents on a snowmobile ride.

Looks plenty sturdy, like it could roll down a hill and not have people fall out as example! Would have to fix the "windows" part to be able to see out again, at least a few of them. Maybe doors should come off if wanted for more open ride? Bigger wheels be better. Heck! The whole thing is dumb!

It says "child or spouse with mobility issues to me".
Think: Dad that wanted to take his youngster along, but they couldn't participate by riding on Dads lap or something.
