Rick, there is enough interesting stuff in the binder that you loaned to me that I am going to hate to send it back (but of course I will).

Will see,it might have a new home,I got 2 others here

It is kind of you to even consider it, Rick, but just in case you can be sure that over and above the Parts List copies I need for the database work, I am also scanning other things I find that I want to have in my own personal files.

Here is the intermediate step of the Large Frame parts database in Excel format.

The file includes all of the Large Frames, even the diesel versions that were intended for export. I would not have been able to get this far without the gracious assistance of Old Buzzard, 29Chev,Bolens 1000, bhts, Classic Bolens, wilberj, and most especially blackjackjakexxix, who mailed off  a huge binder full of all sorts of goodies and entrusted it to my tender care for the duration. Thanks to you all. And again, especially to you, Rick Show!

(Because my eyes are beginning to cross, I may take a couple of days off before I start in on the Tube Frame tractors)

To update you all, I am now working on the Tube Frame tractors. The H16 (1656-01 thru -03) Parts List I downloaded from our Manuals section here is a great example of why I am looking for clear, sharp copies. If you happen to look at that file, you can see that even as a PDF it is very hard to read some parts of it, especially the Part Numbers. My conversion software made almost complete hash out of it while converting to an Excel spreadsheet, so I had to re-type almost all of the Part Numbers, and many of the Description entries. Thankfully I had already done the H14 (1456-01 thru -03) so I was able to research the scrambled Part Numbers from that.

Great stuff! It becomes even more useful if you insert a Pivot table into the chart

At some point, yes. I will be working to get all lf them from the late 1940's through the end of business into the database.
