I just wanted to drop you a note regarding your tractor.
That unit is not an International Harvester.
It is, in fact a Sears Craftsman that someone has put IH stickers on.
Unfortunately, we see this all to often, recently there was a Simplicity product painted Green and Yellow and rebadged John Deere.
Your post has gained the attention of an online community who were considering flagging your ad, but after discussion, are willing to wait to see if you inadvertently posted inaccurate information and will correct it.

Hope this comes across as it's intended (helpful) and If you need help with making certain it's correct info, please ask.

Judging by the wording of the ad, this could be an interesting response. :(

Unfortunately with the modern way of doing things this will continue to happen. Unless someone wants to start a service fixing peoples ignorance there will be no end to the problem we so frequently come across. When things have become so easy the exact opposite ends up being the result, frustrating as it may be it will only get worse!

When things have become so easy the exact opposite ends up being the result, frustrating as it may be it will only get worse!

That fixing of ignorance was one of the original intents of  public schools and we've all seen where that is getting us, note the post about boy being expelled for helping another student couple days back... :(

I am NOT picking on instructors, there are many great teachers still out there, they need our support ! It is the system that is drowning them and common sense. See Johndeereelfmans post as well. I'm going for coffee (getting too upset about our broken system) thanks for letting me vent a little....

The IH guy honestly seems to not know what he has and apparently just got it himself based on the text of the ad. The Bolens guy isn't technically misrepresenting the tractor in print, just whomever did the paint job. The last guy seems to have a decent, if way overpriced tractor, minus the hood. My point is, if somebody intentionally missreps a unit, then draw and quarter them! But if they just don't know, well they just don't know.
