BC 3 Ethenol Shield is the stuff.   To prove my point I put some foggy, water, mucky, ugly gas in a mason jar,and dumped approx. 1/2 ounce of this stuff in.    It cleared it up in about ten minutes.    This stuff doesnt get rid of the water.  It only breaks it down into very small microscopic droplets,so it can pass thru your small jets in the carb.    Also stored in my snowblower for over a year, and went to use it,it fired on the first couple pulls.
