It's had a few mods, Missing the tailgate, but seems to be in overall decent shape.

Sounds a little high dollar wise.  No tail gate, cobbled up tongue, needs tires.  Looks straight though.

Great find and unfortunately the price is probably right on considering rarity.  The market for this type of stuff has risen but seems to be leveling off.  I wouldn't be surprised if it actually dropped a bit.  I buy and sell constantly and I am finding some pretty outrageous deals. Thing is, you really have to work at it, work closely with your sellers, and most importantly DO NOT walk away from something really rare if it compliments your collection - pay the few extra bucks or you my never see it again.  Congratulations on a great purchase Pappy, you-da-man.

I didn't buy it, I was just posting it in case somebody was looking for one. I would be afraid I would never find a tailgate for it.

Thanks Guys. The price on it is negotiable. I could also use good 26 12 12 rear tires and 8" front tires toward the trailer. Send me a note on what your thinking.

I have that same trailer, with working tailgate and tilt. It was given to me, I painted mine with bed liner after de-rusting it. Works great.
