I really need to break ground a new shop. Since getting rid of my 2 car attached garage, I am seriously hurting for "shop" space.

I had all my tools and did my work in there. I have a back garage that is used as storage mainly for projects. It's either build another shop or clean that thing out and liquidate all my project stuff. Too many tractors stored in there. I have my bike and tools down at Dad's big garage for now, and that's a pain in the rear.

You may of said this already. How big is your new shop?

I don't know why I didn't notice it before, but that propane tank was pretty close to the fire. You caught a break there!

The building was small enough the fire load wasn't that great at that distance.

Fastest crew I've seen. You are just in time for spring and getting to work on it.

It is higher off the ground than I expected, but I can live with that!  When they're finished, I'll do the wiring, insulation & paneling myself.  That'll take a while, but it's inside work during the usual spring rains!

Crew of 4 got here before 7 this morning & left before noon: Shop 2016 019 - Copy.JPG  Shop 2016 020 - Copy.JPG  Shop 2016 021 - Copy.JPG

Took these before cleaning up a bit:  Shop 2016 022 - Copy.JPG  Shop 2016 023 - Copy.JPG

Then swept up & brought in some tools to get started.  Bundled up the leftover metal & took it out back for now, I'll use it for something!
