Good to see some photos of your LFs. Where did you find your Bolens Simon? It will be interesting to have a thread on the repowering of your Bolens with the Perkins Diesel engine.

Cheers

Andrew.

Hi. I do know David quite well yes. He is the one who first got me hooked on to Bolens. I used the tiller on my front garden last year before I returfed the lawn. The are a brilliant piece of kit. There has been a tiller on ebay with machine that has just ended unsold.

Tell me more please Simon!!!

Hi Andrew.
I was very fortunate to buy my machines locally from bolens save who is also on here. He lives within 10minutes of my house. I will be creating a post shortly on the diesel re power.

Ha that one!! I tried buying it but the seller was an idiot who thought it was worth a fortune. I gave up in the end.

I have 2 flat top tiller for tube frame but its one for an HT what I want. Did see one one ebay years ago but it was too mutch for me at the time.

I know Daves got one. Mmmm wonder if he sell that to me :D

Where did you pick yours up from or is it a modded tube frame job??

I clocked that; it's the 1254 with the deck and tiller. Originally he wanted £500 for it all. A good buy for someone with the attachments.

I'm in the UK as well.

I too tried to buy that one but like said he thought it was made of gold.

I did approach him to buy the deck but wanted a small fortune for it. So he will split. Bloke is in cloud cuckoo land.
