Went to town to look for a new mattress for the bedroom and while there got to talking to the owner of a local  Mattress Store/Factory and discovered he had a Garden Tractor in the back storage area he wanted to get rid of. He showed it to me and I ended up buying a Mattress and a Tractor. :smilewink:  The Tractor was the cheapest at $200, Don't want to admit the price for the Mattress.

No Spark but good compression and it is one of those "it ran when it was parked"  Need to clean the mouse houses out of it and check the points.

Traill95:

Nice catch on the 140 H3. I had a JD 140 H1 (if I remember right it was a 1974) for over 20 years, loved it and worked it hard before upgrading to a JD 319 about four years ago. I still have my manuals for the 140, and most of them are scanned in as PDFs. Let me know if you could use them I have the Operators Manual, the Service Manual, and some of the attachment manuals.
