How did you come up with those numbers?

From the paper work you gave me it has the 1556 serial number info and many other tube frames plus also large frames.

That thing looks awesome and very original. I love the hush tone exhaust. I've got one on my 1556. They are a great tube frame tractor. I  love mine.

Yes I am very pleased with it. Its like a mini HT. Love the hydro drive. I have a loader on my G14 which I plan to fit on this as would make it a very useful tool. :D

Does it give the actual numbers of each production run made?

If so, that's something that we haven't known of before.

Its the same as the later 0100101 number tractors.   It gives out the modal and what serial number they started at.   I have the 1556, 1256, and 1254 info plus any tube frame or largeframe that has the 0100101 serial number system. sadly there is no info on anything large or tube frame from 1970 older.   So you take the tractors serial number and minus the starting serial number to get the number off the factory line much like the 0100101 serial number system.

Are you saying that you have the ENDING serial numbers for each production run, as in the last serial number for production run 01 was 0107766?

Or are you saying that the 02 production run did not start with 0200101 but as something like 0206564?

The 1556 did not go by the new system.   The older tractors went by the running system as in the next modal was just started at the next tractor serial number not used yet so the last 1556-01 was 201,370.

1556-01 started at 200,001

1556-02 started at 201,371

1556-03 started at 201,571

The ending serial number are not known for the newer system of 0100101  I can onely go by the larges serail number i have for that production.

VERY interesting!

You need to post all of the numbers that you have for the older tractors.

That's information that the rest of us have never had.

We've always thought that there were no actual production numbers available, and now we find that there are for at least some models.

Nick,

The H16 was built from 1973 to 1977.

I am sure someone can date it even more accurately than me.

Cheers

Andrew

Your tractor was built in 1976 and was the 230 tractor off the factory line for the 1656-03 modal run.
