Finally got my frame apart sandblasted painted and started to reassemble today. I think it's looking good. My engine is built and painted so are my parts and transmission. Need to finish making my grille and painting the hood and fenders

Looking great.

hey you said about making a steel grille. I started half of one today, it's steel from under the gt18 sticker bar down . I still have to weld the hinge on it I have it mocked up right now and finish up the bottom corners it's coming out good I think. I even made the bow in it. I'll paint it when done . I like it better than the fiberglass one I made. I'll seND you a picture when it's finished

Looks good,
Always wondered what genius came up with Fiberglass as the best option there.

sorry, haha. I got it primed yesterday , I will take some pics of it, the whole bottom half is steel and it is fiberglassed and gusseted to the top half. I liked making it better than the fiberglass one I made. To make the whole thigh steel would be pretty easy I imagine. It would be just like making another half. I used the steel top from an old radial arm saw that I cut up and welded and shaped.
