Hello All,
I picked up a Wagner Little Giant tonight off of CL. She's a little rough around the edges but starts up and runs fine. Missing the belt guard and one gender but I'm pretty sure it's the same as early Wheel horses. Well here's the pics.

Take care
Mike

I still think that the Little Giant is related to the Magnatrac in my avatar. I don't think that anyone has proved it but they have the same hood and grills. Good Luck, Rick

Good to see someone here bought it. I was going to call on it but had to go into work and it was sold when I came home.

I'm starting to notice that style of fender on many of the early 1960s off-brands. I haven't been able to examine any in person but I have a hunch that they weren't made by each individual manufacturer.

I actually picked up some old wheel horse fenders just about the same size but they are ribbed. I would like to find something closer to the originals

I did notice the wheel horse fenders were slightly different and I would guess they probably made their own, in house.

Just to name some others I've seen them on: Farmhand and Jacobsen, Speedex, Magna-trac, Moto mower, Porter cable, Massey Ferguson executive, Bolens, Bready, Devere Locke... I'm sure several more. The fenders look as though they could be the same stamp.

My MF8E Fenders look different to me and are a welded unit to the tray in the center. It has been altered a lot through the years but that looks stock. Just trying to show or eliminate possibilities.

I never heard of Wagner before. It looks like a neat little tractor!

There are certainly many variations on how they are mounted, but the fender shell itself looks very similar on many makes. They appear to have a light ridge on the outside... That Executive fender looks identical to the fender on my Farmhand.

I believe Wagner made there own fenders. They are still in business today manufacturing metal and iron fixtures.
