It has been raining here in Madison, Indiana for a while and I just looked outside for the first time today.
I was a little surprised when I looked at the end of our driveway of the house we are renting.

I hope it doesn't go any further!  A lot of folks around here have has problems with flooding.  We're on a good size hill and haven't had any issues since we have been here.

Cole here in SW Iowa and getting colder.  24° this morning at 6:30 with 14° wind chill.  Wind is out of the NE.  Temp is dropping, just waiting for the freezing stuff to get here, then the snow on top - - IF they know what they are talking about.  Made a parts run to O'Reilly's and Orshceln's this morning.  got a pair of belts and a bottle of K-Seal.  GF got a good buy to a couple bags of sunflower seeds for the birds.  going eat a bit and relax and watch the Chief''s and Browns game.

We have gotten .75 inch in the last 36 hours.

Nothing like you've gotten. Flooding is terrible! We've been flooded a few times at my parents house. It's no good at all....

I hope that you have renters insurance and flood insurance. The owners insurance may not cover you. That looks like flooding is a common problem there. Good Luck, Rick

We are up to 1.5" of rain now. Most of it fell today.

It's in the 30s now. Our temps are starting to get back to normal now
