I got this tractor from a Freind he was moving and it's been on his property forever he told me if I could get it out of the yard it was free. So I couldn't pass it up I've tinkerd around with quads and dirt bikes but I've never done anything like this. Willing to take it on though. hope someone can give me some tips mabye where to start. I have been told it might be an early model ecomny tractor. Jim dandy I'm getting pictures up soon

Welcome aboard there's lots of knowledgeable people here that are more than willing to help . I always start with lots of pictures of what ever I'm working on before taking things apart.  Digital camera's are my first tool we also have lots of manuals to refer too also.

Welcome to gttalk! I just started a Jim Dandy project myself. Pics will definitely be helpful. Also the serial number is on the ID plate on the top of the transmission. If you get that number we can get you a definite year of manufacture.
