So I woke up a little after 7 this morning an took the dog out an to my surprise there was a strange white substance falling after all its been in the mid 50's all week. The poor dog was even confused the we realized it was finally snowing in NY not enough to plow yet although I'm getting the itch bad to push white dirt around. Here's a pick I took a little while ago out the front window.

We haven't had any real snow yet and I hope it stays that way. Two more days until winter. Good Luck, Rick

I looked outside this morning and to my surprise, there was a small dusting of white stuff on the car. I guess I better get the plow on soon.

Nothing here and no chance of any till after the first of the years some time.  I bet it will be bad the evening of Jan 4th.  Every year the legion up North a ways has their yearly fund raiser, a nut fry.  If weather is decent enough to get out they will have over 300 people from about 6 counties.  I haven't gone for the last 2 years as the roads were bad.

We had some. Not much. But I hit some bad back roads this morning. Came up off the interstate to a rod that was a complete sheet of ice

We got some overnight and it is snowing off and on here right now. It is supposed to start raining on Monday though, so it will all be gone again soon. We had about a foot of it in 24 hrs a few weeks ago, but it was gone after about 3 days. I think this mild weather may be because I bought myself a new pair of snow shoes earlier this year.

I will take the snow, we had a big ice storm a while back and now they are saying another ice storm next weekend :wallbanging: I wish it would get cold enough to snow, I hate the ice

Just got flurries yesterday.  Enough to make our furry dogs kinda white, but the flakes melted the instant they hit the ground.

we had our first snow here two days ago, and if you weren't paying attention, you missed it.....lasted only about 20 seconds!

Ours is all gone. Stayed on the ground less than 12 hours.
