This 1979 Ford 1500 4WD is about 20hp Diesel with 3 speed/4 range for 12 forward /4 reverse speeds. 3 Pt hitch and rear PTO all works great. Replaced with new radiator and new water pump this fall. Battery less than year old and nearly new seat .Hour meter was broken so not sure of hours. It was bought locally and used by local government for mowing mostly until I got it 2 1/2 years ago. I`ve used it to mow about 4 acres a few times and drag a few trees around . Runs really good and plenty of grunt power.
I have a almost new set of Fenders (no rust or dents /scratches) and Proof/hour meter/Tach that will come with it. I also have a brand new set of Titan 7x 14 ag tires to go on it. The 24 inch rear tires are well used turf tires but hold air fine and proper size Ag tires will match the front Ag tires for 4wd ratios. The rear wheels are good with some surface rust. The fenders on it now are better than they look in the picture ,could probably be cleaned up and sold. I didn`t see any reason to put the new ones on and maybe bang them up. I can install these parts for a price. I`ve upgraded to a newer Ford 1520 and no longer need this one. I asking $4800 and would consider trade for comparable value Crappie/Walleye type boat.

I`ve actually have a 1520 4wd I got a couple months ago. I`m wanting to top out with a 1720 or better. Would be the right size for what I need to do.. The 1500 has done everything I asked so far and I actually like 12 speed tranny better than the 9 on the 1520. 1720 or better with FEL is where I`m headed.

Go to agdealer.com and look for Ford 1xxx. You can do the same with tractorhouse and market book but I think those 2 are linked together

Should find a bunch.

You`ll see 20 JDs for every Ford about everywhere.....for about 5 times the price for the same HP and features. Personally I just like Blue !!!!!!. Seriously I think they are just as good as the JDs most of the time. Somewhat of a Snob Factor going on!!! JK
