Glad to see your still posting. What issues are there with the Kubota?

Missing flywheel, starter, carb, alternator, and distributor.  Need all those before I can ever even test fire it.

SO the choice is hundreds upon hundreds of dollars into the engine to make sure it worked before I ever get it installed OR direct bolt in swap for a NOS kohler that is the proper engine for the tractor and its done.  Its an easy enough choice for me seeing how my finances are very thin.

Following!

I own a '74 Ford LGT 125 , similar frame as your later (and somewhat larger) 195 - and minus the hydraulics and PTO. These things are beasts and can accept a FEL( usually used the Johnson loader).

Mine is a "work in progress" too, and understand financial constraints all to well. Just plug away as you can :-)

Finally will be dragging the 53500 Jacobsen into the garage and get to working on it.  I'll be swapping around engines, removing the rear PTO and redoing the wiring harness.  I don't think I'll be keeping it for too long expecially since i have the Ford 195 to do.  I live in a suburban area of Milwaukee so I don't have much room and right now.  I have 3 Allis Chalmers, 3 Simplicitys, 2 Fords, 2 Jakes, 1 Midland, 1 Cub, and a Deere.  Some stuff has to go lol
